Crop images into a perfect circle with transparent background.
The tool inscribes the largest possible circle within your image (or a circle of custom size) and makes everything outside transparent. The output is a square PNG with an alpha channel.
PNG supports transparency (alpha channel), which is required for the circular mask. JPEG does not support transparency, so the circular area would need a solid background color instead.
Most platforms resize automatically: LinkedIn (400x400), GitHub (460x460), Slack (512x512), Google (250x250). Upload at least 500x500 for sharp results across all platforms.
Yes, you can pan and zoom the image within the circular crop area to center the subject exactly where you want it.
This tool creates perfect circles only. For elliptical or custom-shaped crops, you would need to use a dedicated image editor that supports vector clipping masks.
