Clear bug reports help us reproduce the issue and fix it faster. If the issue involves a private file, send a description first and only share a sanitized sample if requested.
If you believe a tool exposes data unexpectedly, handles a file in a way that conflicts with its page copy, creates unsafe output, or has a security issue, please send a report with “Security” or “Privacy” in the subject line.
Include the page URL, browser, reproduction steps, expected behavior, and the smallest safe sample possible. Do not send real secrets, private keys, production tokens, or confidential customer information.

Send a business inquiryWhen contacting support, describe the issue without attaching sensitive files unless there is a clear reason and the sample is sanitized. For file conversion issues, a small synthetic file that reproduces the behavior is usually more helpful and safer than the original private document.
